A trio of developers has struck a complex deal for multiple new phases of work across Capitol Riverfront and Buzzard Point that could deliver thousands of new residential units.
Jacksonville, Florida’s FRP Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPH) and D.C.-based MRP Realty, the duo behind three fairly new developments by Nationals Park and Audi Field, have formed a joint venture agreement with landowner Steuart Investment Co. to potentially develop another seven mixed-use buildings in the same general area. The totality of the joint effort could near 3 million square feet.
